Upon entering property , you’ll park under a covered car port. where you’ll be greeted by us the host or one of our staff members that will guide you to your rooms. All rooms equipped with air conditioning
closets and memory foam beds. The master with a king size bed is steps away from its own master bathroom. The mezzanine room has 4 double beds. Each bed sleeps 2 comfortably. In the mezzanine room we’ve did customs stairs to loft with protective netting for kids and adults. The third bedroom has a queen size bed facing the north coast. Between these two rooms theres a shared full bathroom with tub. Fully equipped with extra soaps , shampoo and conditioner. The open concept living room is steps away from the fully equipped kitchen that faces the patio and the Atlantic ocean.
The patio/ veranda has plenty of seating and an extra dining table. Also 2 hammocks and a day bed that sleeps 2 comfortably all day all night .
The lap pool is 50 feet long by 20 feet wide with a kid friendly platform and jets for massage. Also the pool has our Turtle Mascot

Pretty much the whole property excluding the stairs towards the gravel area which leads to other steps in an uneven terrain and the first floor where we reside. For the full and enjoyable experience we will give you a tour of the property.
Contacting is easy once you are on property. As host we do our best to be physically available at all times. But if we are not there our staff will be there to guide or relay any information. Also text or call anytime.
We are surrounded by lush greenery and cattle lands a thousand feet up in the hills of Catalina facing the north coast of Cabrera. Peaceful and Quiet area and nice neighbors.
A 4×4 or suvs is best to get to HoneyHill and around cabrera. The roads to the villa is in the process of preparing(7.1.2024) Sedans and smaller cars are permissible but for an enjoyable experience in this particular country any size s.u.v. works best.

The first floor is where my wife and I live and the house to the side is where our property care take resides.
This house is COMPLETLY OFF GRID.
Our water comes from a spring into 3 large cisterns. (plenty of water)
Whole house water filtration system with ultraviolet light.
whole house water heater included.
Our electricity comes from solar and a large battery bank.
In the event of multiple cloudy or rainy days the generator (in a sound dampened room) will run for a few hours to charge battery bank. But power will be continuous.
Communication. Plenty of cell signal outside rooms. Starlink internet for uninterrupted service.
